Here’s a certificate you can use to submit to your teacher for credit. Just download, sign, and date.

Download Instructions

1. Click on the link above. The Certificate will either automatically download or open in your browser.

2. Download the Certificate to your computer.

    • Safari. Hover your cursor over the bottom of the screen and click on the Download icon.

    • Chrome. Click the download icon in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Sign and date the Certificate.

    • Option 1. Print the Certificate and then add your signature and date. Scan or take a picture of the signed Certificate and save to your computer.
    • Option 2. Open the Certificate in a PDF editor and then add your signature and date. Save the signed Certificate to your computer.

3. Send the signed Certificate to your teacher.
